Buyer, Merchandiser, and Retail Sales for Men’s Apparel

About The Role

We are seeking a highly creative, fashion-forward individual to take our Men’s Clothing department to the next level. If you are looking for a place to put your artistic talents and design desires to work within a growing, family-owned business with a 77-year legacy, this position might be for you. You will be a core member of our buying team, helping curate top-tier menswear, bringing those collections to life on the floor, and connecting directly with our customers to build a loyal clientele.

What You Will Do

  • Market Buying & Sourcing: Travel to and attend industry markets alongside our buying team with a specific focus on selecting the best men's fashion, accessories, and lifestyle gifts.
  • Creative Merchandising: Assist with the visual store direction for the men's department. You will unbox new arrivals, style mannequins and tables, and build engaging, masculine, and sophisticated floor displays.
  • Retail Sales & Styling: Work hands-on on the retail floor, acting as a personal stylist. You will assist customers in building wardrobes, finding their absolute perfect fit, and discovering new brands.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our amazing existing management staff to support the continued growth and success of the apparel departments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
