Role Overview
Our client is a fast-growing womenswear fashion start-up with an exciting growth journey ahead. With a strong brand vision and ambitious plans, they are looking for a Buyer & Merchandiser to help drive the next stage of the business.
Responsibilities
Reporting into the leadership team, you will take ownership of buying, merchandising, and supplier management, ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time, price, and margin. You'll use data, trend insight, and commercial judgement to drive performance and profitability.

Requirements
To be successful, you will have experience at Buyer and/or Merchandiser level ideally in a similar fashion start-up environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage supplier relationships and make key trading decisions.
