We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and product-focused Buyer / Senior Buyer (DOE) to help drive the future of our Floorcare category across our portfolio of leading brands, including Tower, Swan and customer own-brand ranges.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer who thrives on turning ideas into successful products. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing innovative products, managing supplier relationships and bringing new ranges to market.

Working closely with the Category Director and a wide range of internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the category and driving commercial success, covering the full product lifecycle, from concept and sourcing through to launch and ongoing performance.

You will also support and develop junior team members while working collaboratively across Product Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations teams.

This position offers a genuine progression pathway for individuals looking to develop into a Senior Buyer or future category leadership role. We are also able to consider applications from professionals currently at Senior Buyer level.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate product specifications, features, performance and competitor offerings to make informed commercial recommendations.
  • Ensure all products align with brand strategy, customer requirements and market opportunities.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners globally.
  • Work closely with our sourcing teams and international suppliers to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
  • Lead negotiations on product specifications, costs, lead times and quality improvements to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage supplier performance to ensure high standards of quality, service and delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the central point of coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and other support teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Support Quality and Compliance teams in product assessments, testing requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class product positioning, packaging and launch campaigns.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of product information, packaging, artwork and marketing materials.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
