The Company
Quinta Raddison has been at the forefront of supplying Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) spare parts to Heavy Industrial plants worldwide since its formation in 1981. We purchase spare parts from European and North American manufacturers, and sells them to customers throughout the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australasia, and South America. An opportunity exists for a Buyer to join the team at our UK Head Office.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-focused Buyer to work within a fast-paced office environment. This role would be suited to someone looking to gain valuable experience in the field of international trade, Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) purchasing or extend their career within the procurement environment.

Daily duties include:
- Researching and liaising with potential new vendors.
- Obtaining and comparing pricing from vendors.
- Negotiating on price and terms of business.
- Preparing quotations for customers.
- Placing and handling purchase orders.
- Track and progress orders to meet customer delivery dates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure quality of goods and deliveries are met on time.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- General customer service-related duties.
The Applicant
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate confidence, a strong work ethic, and have previous experience in a related role. As a primary point of contact for both our suppliers and customers, excellent telephone and communication skills are essential to creating good relations and ensure the success of Quinta Raddison worldwide.

Ideally from a purchasing or logistics environment, the role may suit someone wishing to develop their negotiation and purchasing skills. Due to location, own transport is essential for travel to and from the workplace.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: On application.
- Bonus: The Company runs a bonus scheme. Details would usually be provided at the end of the first year of employment.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 0830 to 1300 and 1400 to 1700 hrs (a total of 37.5 hrs per week).
- Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus public holidays.
- Workplace pension with employer’s contribution.
