Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent Excel skills and a creative flair?

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Buyer's Admin Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced buying and product development team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the creation of new product ranges while developing a career within buying, sourcing and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating costing sheets accurately using Excel
  • Managing critical paths and tracking key project milestones
  • Maintaining and updating customer progress reports
  • Liaising with suppliers and international sourcing teams
  • Coordinating product samples, including tracking, packing and distribution
  • Supporting product development and range selection activities
  • Creating new product records and purchase orders on internal systems
  • Conducting online and in-store product research
  • Resolving day-to-day supplier and customer queries
  • Working closely with internal teams
  • Supporting trade shows and promotional events when required

  • Experienced administrator
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Confident communicator
  • Organised and proactive
  • Collaborative team player
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable Experience

  • Buying, purchasing, merchandising or product development experience
  • Understanding of critical path management
  • Experience working with suppliers and product samples
