Job Title: Temporary Buyers Admin Assistant
Location: London – Hybrid
Contract Type: 2-month temporary position
Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing fashion and activewear brand for a proactive and highly organised Temporary Buyers Admin Assistant to support their Buying team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on buying experience within a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment, supporting the team across the day-to-day buying process. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.
About the Role
Our client is an established and rapidly growing fashion brand with a strong presence within the activewear market. They are looking for someone who is detail-focused, organised and confident supporting a busy Buying team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Buying team
- Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Liaise with suppliers regarding sample deliveries, product information and lead times
- Update and maintain product information and imagery on internal systems
- Assist with preparing reports, range plans and trading summaries
- Support with sample management for meetings, photoshoots and PR requests
- Liaise with internal teams including Merchandising, Marketing and E-commerce
About You
- Previous administrative experience within a retail, fashion or buying environment; relevant internships will also be considered
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and working with data; VLOOKUPs and pivot tables would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- A genuine interest in fashion, activewear and consumer trends
