At Signet Jewelers UK & Ireland, home to leading jewellery retailers H. Samuel and Ernest Jones, we're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Buyer’s Administrator to join our Watches & Branded Jewellery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in buying within a fast-paced retail environment. Working alongside the Buyer and Assistant Buyer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of our Watches & Branded Jewellery ranges, helping to bring exciting products and leading brands to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Buying team.
  • Building and maintaining professional working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing product samples and ensuring they are available for meetings, reviews, photography, and store communications.

  • Coordinating quality control and product approval processes for new launches.
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of launch information to stores and wider business teams.
  • Raising initial orders and maintaining accurate product and supplier records.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, new product launches, promotions, and emerging trends within the watches and branded jewellery market.
  • Preparing reports and analysis to support buying decisions.
  • Responding to store queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, supply chain, and store teams to help deliver successful product launches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
