We're now looking for a Buying Admin Assistant, to work in our Manchester HQ on our Saltwell brand.

Responsibilities:
- Managing sample arrival for new development and actioning factories development working closely with Head of brand and Senior design team, updating tracker daily.
- Communicating closely with each supplier/factory weekly, updating buyers and senior design, QC in weekly meetings.
- Manage all submissions filing, sample, backroom storage and showroom management.
- Co-ordinating photography samples and prep for campaign and ecomm shoots.
- Co-ordinate all Contract and Saltwell post and distributing to the team.
- Support the buying team with communication to suppliers regarding approvals, deliveries, and sampling.
- Support in meeting prep by hanging, steaming, printing, prompting designers with CAD amendments.
- Conduct site walks to spot any issues on our platforms.
- Liaise with the Ecommerce team to support and ensure enrichment is complete.
- Liaise with design to ensure all overviews are accurate.

About you:
- Fashion/Retail Industry Experience (minimum 1 year), ideally in a Buying Admin Assistant, Production Assistant, or Product Development role.
- Familiarity with critical path management in a fashion retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability in meeting prep, filing, organising samples, and documentation.
