To support our Buying team, we are searching for a Buying Administration Assistant to be based in our London - Westfield office.
What You Will Do
- Obtain, check and update order confirmations from suppliers to 100% accuracy within Fulcrum, such as uplift/cost price/style code/shipping window
- Manage introduction of new Suppliers, ensuring suppliers have received new supplier paperwork and are correctly set up with Accounts Payable and internal systems
- Raise re-orders as requested by department, perform all pricing checks (margin, default & RRP) prior to upload and maintain accurate records of payment terms and shipping details
- Perform site checks and request product merges, creating new PID's where necessary
- Perform all pre-Upload checks and resolve any issues before go-live, including pre-shoot management
- Collect, check and upload all RRPs each season whilst maintaining appropriate margin
- Pull together vendor packs ahead of buying trips, ensuring all relevant files are included in each pack (including but not limited to sell-through reports, vendor pack report, range plans)

Who You Are
- Previous commercial experience gained in a fast-paced fashion retail buying or merchandising environment with strong administrative skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Commercial Awareness – understanding of our business, products and competition
- Strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy
- The ability to work with stringent deadlines
- A great work ethic and ability to multi-task
- A high level of numerical and commercial reasoning
- A great sense of humour, personal style and attitude
