Buyer Administrator

Ready to build on your Buying career with one of UK’s fastest growing personalised jewellery and gifting brands?

Looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Buyer Administrator to join a fast-paced Buying team.

You'll be the backbone of the category, keeping product data accurate, managing samples, raising purchase orders and ensuring products move smoothly from concept to launch. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for product, trends and retail who wants to learn the full buying lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining product and SKU data with accuracy.
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders.
  • Managing samples and supporting product launches.
  • Monitoring critical paths and key deadlines.
  • Working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Supporting reporting, competitor analysis and trading insights.
