London | Office Based

Full-Time | Permanent

Flexi Hours | Early Finish Friday

Are you a Buying Assistant ready for your next challenge, or an experienced Buyer’s Admin Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? The Role:

  • Raise POs and manage day-to-day factory communication
  • Manage critical paths and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate samples from development through to production
  • Liaise with Technologists and customer technical teams on fits and approvals
  • Manage lab dips, strike-offs, bulk fabrics and production submissions
  • Attend critical path meetings with Account Managers
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and support shipment clearance

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a BAA, Buying Assistant or Coordinator role within fashion/retail/supply
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Proactive, commercially aware and an excellent communicator
