FITNESS MANAGER – Oxford
Buzz Gym is hiring.
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and help create an outstanding experience for our members.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, motivate and develop our Personal Trainers and fitness team
- Grow Personal Training performance and revenue
- Manage and develop our Group Exercise programme
- Build strong relationships with members
- Support membership growth, retention and club targets
- Organise fitness challenges, events and community activities
- Maintain high standards across the gym floor, studios and equipment
