BYD Sales Assistant
LSH Auto is excited to offer the position of BYD Sales Assistant. This role involves working closely with customers to promote and sell the innovative range of BYD electric vehicles. As part of our sales team, you will be a key contributor to achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Join us to help drive forward sustainable transportation solutions.
Salary: £35,500 plus uncapped bonuses and company car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in understanding BYD electric vehicle products and features
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on industry trends and new BYD developments

Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector
- Enthusiastic about electric vehicles and sustainability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical details effectively to customers
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
- Valid driving license is essential
