About The Role

Triad Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Developer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software applications utilizing.NET Core and associated web frameworks such as React, Blazer, or Angular. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

As a Senior Developer at Triad, you will have the opportunity to influence the technological landscape of critical public sector projects. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal application performance. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, share knowledge with team members, and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

This role requires active SC clearance due to the sensitive nature of our projects. The position offers flexibility in work arrangements, including remote working or working from our offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes, depending on project needs and personal preferences. The role offers a salary of up to 65,000 pounds, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, although this is desirable rather than mandatory. Crucially, candidates must hold an active Security Clearance (SC) due to the sensitive nature of the work involved. Extensive experience in software development, particularly with C# and .NET technologies, is essential. Familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Blazer, or Angular is required, along with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Additional qualifications include experience with relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework. Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also necessary. Certification in relevant development methodologies like Agile or Scrum will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
