About The Role
mThree is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join as Junior C++ Developers through their prestigious Alumni graduate program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-world projects within a global team environment. As a Junior C++ Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex applications that directly impact end-users. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to innovative solutions in a collaborative setting. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of a 2.2 classification or equivalent; potential and enthusiasm are highly valued.
- Strong foundational knowledge of software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test-driven development.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions to develop core skills in C++ and other relevant programming languages.
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications in accordance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and testing procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Support clients during the deployment and post-deployment phases, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
