About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior C++ Developer to join our vibrant team through the mThree Alumni graduate program. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to develop their technical skills in a real-world setting, working on complex applications that have a tangible impact. As a Junior Developer, you will be immersed in a collaborative environment, building software solutions that serve global clients. The position is designed to provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway toward a successful career in software development. The role involves participating in the full software development lifecycle, troubleshooting, debugging, and contributing to innovative projects that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of a 2.2 degree classification or higher.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of software engineering principles.
  • Experience or familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and test-driven development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs focusing on C++ and other relevant programming languages.
  • Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications in a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve technical skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Document technical processes and solutions clearly and accurately for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
