About The Role

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join mThree as Junior Software Developers, specializing in C++ programming. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a solid foundation in software engineering within a dynamic, global team environment. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of a 2.2 classification or higher. Candidates should demonstrate a strong passion for technology, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new challenges. Essential skills include a solid understanding of software engineering principles, troubleshooting, and debugging techniques. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and test-driven development is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Software Developer at mThree, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the design, development, and testing of software applications, primarily using C++.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Engaging in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software reliability and performance.
  • Following industry best practices and standards throughout the software development process.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including adopting new technologies and methodologies.
  • Documenting technical specifications and user procedures for developed applications.
  • Attending training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Supporting monitoring and troubleshooting efforts to maintain optimal system performance.
