About The Role
We are seeking motivated and talented recent graduates to join our graduate program as C++ Junior Developers. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in software development within a supportive and collaborative environment. As part of the program, you will undergo comprehensive training at the mThree Academy, focusing on developing your technical skills in C++ and other relevant programming languages. Following training, you will be placed with a prestigious global client for a period of 12 to 24 months, working on complex applications and contributing to meaningful projects. Throughout your placement, you will receive ongoing support, mentorship, and salary progression, with the potential to transition into a permanent role with the client upon successful completion of the program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of a 2.2 classification or equivalent; we value potential and enthusiasm for learning over prestige.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving within software applications.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and test-driven development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive training sessions at the mThree Academy to develop core technical skills in C++ and related technologies.
- Engage in full-stack application development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality code.
- Contribute to ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of applications in a live environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism through effective communication, personal interactions, and adherence to industry standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve technical skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
- Support monitoring and support activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Participate in performance reviews and skill development initiatives to enhance your career trajectory.
