What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining highly scalable, low-latency systems used in real-time financial environments.
- Developing robust, efficient C#/.NET applications, with opportunities to contribute to design, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Collaborating across teams including Front Office, DevOps, and Quant Engineering.
- Gaining exposure to other modern technologies and paradigms – including distributed systems, microservices, and high-frequency data handling.
- Contributing to strategic platform decisions with direct exposure to key stakeholders and senior engineers.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong C# /.NET programming skills – writing clean, performant, maintainable code.
- Solid Computer Science fundamentals – including data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
- 1+ years of professional development experience – open to candidates from fintech, banking, or other high-performance tech environments.
- Experience working on complex systems in a financial or mission-critical context is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and test-driven environment.
