About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C#.NET Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting a suite of critical business applications built on the latest Microsoft technologies, including.NET 6 and.NET 8. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable and robust solutions that support our organization’s strategic objectives. Working within a globally distributed team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the UK, Singapore, India, and the United States, engaging with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development with proven expertise in C# and .NET technologies. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have experience working with modern development frameworks, APIs, and front-end technologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems, and cloud-based deployment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse, international team are essential. Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications utilizing C# and the latest.NET frameworks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Support and optimize existing business-critical systems, troubleshooting issues to ensure stability and reliability.
- Engage with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Participate throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve application, integration, and database-related issues promptly and efficiently.
