About The Role
We are seeking an experienced C#.NET Developer to join our client's dynamic development team in a hybrid working environment. This is a senior-level position designed for professionals who thrive on technical challenges and are passionate about building scalable, high-performance software solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and enhancing complex enterprise applications that form the core of the company's digital offerings. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and improvements that meet the evolving needs of the business and its customers. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development with the following qualifications:
- Approximately 10 years of commercial software development experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of enterprise-level applications.
- Proven expertise in developing large, complex software systems, preferably within a software product or technology company.
- Extensive experience with C# and the.NET framework, including ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB and messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with web services, including REST and SOAP protocols.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and object-oriented design patterns.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices.
- Knowledge of low-level programming concepts, such as memory management, threading, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of technical and collaborative tasks, including:
- Designing and developing new features and functionalities for the company's flagship software platform.
- Enhancing and maintaining existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participating in technical discussions, architecture design, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Implementing messaging solutions using RabbitMQ and integrating web services (REST and SOAP) into the platform.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, including adopting new technologies and best practices.
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ensuring code quality through comprehensive testing, debugging, and documentation processes.
