About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled C# .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting a suite of critical business applications built on the latest Microsoft technologies, including.NET 6 and.NET 8. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a globally distributed development environment, collaborating with teams across the UK, Singapore, India, and the United States. The position is based in Bromley with a hybrid working model requiring three days in the office per week. The initial contract is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional year. The role provides a competitive rate between 650 to 750 inside umbrella, reflecting the expertise and experience required.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in C# and.NET development. Candidates should have a solid understanding of modern software development practices, including API design, web development, and database management. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications. Experience working within agile teams and familiarity with globally distributed development environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous learning are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications utilizing C# and the latest .NET frameworks.
- Support and optimize existing business-critical systems to ensure high performance, stability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Engage with globally dispersed teams across multiple time zones to coordinate development efforts and share best practices.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and database-related issues promptly and effectively.
