About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced C# .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting a suite of critical business applications built on modern Microsoft technologies, including.NET 6 and.NET 8. The successful candidate will work within a globally distributed development environment, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders across the UK—specifically in London, Bromley, and Camberley—and internationally in locations such as Singapore, India, New York, and Chicago. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of enterprise systems while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in C# and.NET technologies, with proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications. A solid understanding of web services, API design, and front-end frameworks is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in agile development methodologies. Familiarity with global collaboration tools and practices is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and.NET technologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Support and improve existing business-critical systems, focusing on stability, performance, and scalability to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones, maintaining clear communication and documentation standards.
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
