Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled C++ / Python Developer with strong experience in backend application development, Linux-based environments, containerization technologies, and modern cloud-native deployment practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance applications using C++ and Python.
- Develop scalable microservices and backend components for enterprise-grade applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Work extensively in Linux/Unix environments for application development, deployment, and support.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and data models in PostgreSQL.
- Implement database performance tuning and ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Podman.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters, including monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation activities.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills
Programming
- Strong hands-on experience in C++ (C++11/C++14/C++17 or above).
- Strong proficiency in Python for application development, automation, and scripting.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Experience in multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization.
Operating Systems & Databases
- Strong experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Good understanding of shell scripting and system administration concepts.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including:
- Database design and data modelling
- Query optimization
- Indexing and performance tuning
- Stored procedures and database troubleshooting
