About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Software Engineer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge defense projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain sophisticated software systems that are critical to national security and defense operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing software solutions that support real-time data processing, sensor integration, and simulation environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies will be essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in C++ development, preferably within defense, aerospace, robotics, or simulation domains.
- Strong understanding of Python programming is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and familiarity with Git version control.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Knowledge of systems integration, communication protocols, and hardware interfacing.
- Experience working with LiDAR, robotics systems, or real-world data processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SVN, PLCs, and other development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality C++ and Python software for complex defense systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
- Support verification, validation, and testing activities to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and deployment on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Work closely with hardware teams to facilitate sensor integration and system testing.
- Document software design, implementation, and testing procedures to ensure maintainability and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in defense technology and incorporate best practices into development processes.
