We're looking for friendly, professional and safety-focused individuals to join us as Cabin Crew at London Luton Airport. Whether you're starting your Cabin Crew career or bringing experience from another customer-facing role, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Jet2.com team.

Safety is our number one priority. As Cabin Crew, you'll help deliver a safe, secure and enjoyable journey while providing the award-winning service we're known for.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Cabin Crew team, you will:

  • Ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues on every flight.
  • Deliver our award-winning customer service and create memorable experiences onboard.
  • Support customers with a wide range of needs, providing first aid and general assistance.
  • Promote and sell our onboard products with confidence.
  • Work closely with Cabin Crew & Flight Deck colleagues to deliver a safe and efficient operation.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.

What You'll Need

Whilst previous Cabin Crew experience is not required, we're looking for people who:

Working Pattern

Our Cabin Crew Opportunities Are Available On Full-time Fixed Term Contracts Until The End Of The Summer Season (November 2027) With The Potential To Return For Summer 2028. As We Operate a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week Airline, You'll Need To Be Comfortable Working a Variety Of Shifts, Including

Before You Apply

To Be Eligible, You Must

  • Hold a valid UK/EU passport with the required validity.
  • Be able to provide a full 5-year employment, education or activity history.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.
  • Be able to comply with all applicable medical, health and safety requirements.
  • Continually be able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat.
  • Meet the required reach and mobility standards for the role.
  • Be able to travel reliably to and from your airport base for all rostered shifts.

Please note: Only one Cabin Crew application is permitted per recruitment season. Please only apply for the Airport you wish to be based from as subsequent applications cannot be considered.
