Based at Head Office, Leeds Bradford Airport and reporting to the Cabin Services Manager, the Cabin Services Administrator is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Cabin Services operation.
You will provide positive and detailed administrative support to all members of the Cabin Services Management team, with a range of administrative tasks including:
- Monitoring and processing flight reports
- Responding to email queries sent to the team shared mailbox
- Ensuring any requests for information and base supplies are fulfilled promptly
You will also support the Cabin Services Manager with new Cabin Crew Training course enquiries, payments and the administration of course allocation and training materials.
The role will also involve shared inter-departmental working with Flight Operations, providing administrative support to their functions as required and working collaboratively to ensure information, requests and tasks are managed efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Key Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Highly organised, structured and proactive
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Confident working with numbers, spreadsheets and data, with good Excel skills and an accurate approach to processing and maintaining information
- Competent in IT, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Desirable:
- Creativity and previous design experience, together with familiarity with Microsoft Publisher, for assisting with the production of a regular newsletter
