WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...
Based at our Head Office at Leeds Bradford Airport and reporting to the Cabin Services Manager, the Cabin Services Administrator plays a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of our Cabin Services Team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Cabin Services Administrator, you'll provide proactive and detail-focused support to the Cabin Services Management Team, helping to ensure that operational and administrative processes run smoothly.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and processing Cabin Crew flight reports.
- Responding to queries received through the Cabin Services shared mailbox.
- Ensuring requests for information and base supplies are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Supporting the administration of new Cabin Crew training courses, including:
- Responding to course enquiries.
- Coordinating course allocations.
- Managing training materials.
- Working collaboratively with Flight Operations to provide administrative support as required.
- Building effective relationships across departments to ensure tasks and requests are managed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Assisting with the production of regular team communications and newsletters.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
You will have:
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.
- Experience working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and an accurate approach to data management.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Experience creating newsletters, communications, or promotional materials.
- Creative or design experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Publisher.
