Cabinet Maker (Joinery / Bespoke)

Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker, who is skilled in veneering, looking to join a high-end and bespoke manufacturer, who supply to the likes of National Trust and English Heritage?

This company have built an outstanding reputation for producing luxury furniture and joinery for prestigious clients. In the early 2000s, the company was granted a Royal Warrant, exemplifying their prestigious manufacturing capabilities.

Your role will entail taking bespoke joinery projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for agreeing project objectives, interpreting drawings and specifications, applying critical thinking to identify and raise potential issues, selecting appropriate materials, and carrying out manual machining operations to the highest standards.

The Role

  • Creating project targets to meet manufacturing commitments
  • Selecting suitable materials to create attractive products
  • Operating Manual Machinery such as band saws
  • Training an apprentice in Cabinet Making

The Person

  • Practical experience in cabinet making and joinery
  • Familiarity with veneering processes

Monday to Friday, 8 - 5:30
