Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Cable Operative to join our Fibre Upgrade team across Scotland's central belt.
What are we looking for?
Are you a committed, hard-working and eager to learn individual? Then come join the Comex 2000 family!
We are looking for multiple Cable Operatives for our Fibre Upgrade department in Scotland, there is not a set location for the role so travel will be required. You will need to be in good physical health as you will be working outside in all weather's in a cabling role. Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however training will be available to acquire the necessary qualifications. You will need to have a full UK driver’s licence any additional driving categories would be a bonus.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work within a team
- Be able to prioritise, organise and manage tasks
- Well-presented and have good presentation skills
- Must have good IT skills – specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be holding a Full Driving License
- NRSWA Accredited
- Track rodding and roping experience reading MSDR drawings and labelling
- Fibre blowing experience would be advantageous
