Cable/Fibre Network Build Co-ordinator

GCU UK Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Cable/Fibre Network Build Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our fibre network projects. You’ll work closely with field teams and clients to keep programmes on track and ensure smooth, compliant delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and schedule daily works with gangs, supervisors, and project managers
  • Manage A55s, CEs/DFEs, and liaise with clients to resolve issues
  • Coordinate onsite activities and ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Verify crew daily measures and maintain accurate programme trackers
  • Conduct desktop surveys to identify risks or delivery challenges
  • Keep project timelines on track and ensure full, compliant job-pack submissions

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in telecoms, fibre, utilities, or construction coordination
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with data and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
