Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Draftsperson to join our client's team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate building information models and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design specifications are met with the highest standards of quality.
- Analyse project requirements to produce efficient and creative drafting solutions.
- Utilise advanced software tools to manage complex building data and resource documentation.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and project-specific guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in drafting, specifically within construction or architectural sectors.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD and BIM software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
- Relevant technical education or certification in a related field.
