Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:
At North, we have an excellent part-time opportunity for someone experienced in AutoCAD to work a flexible schedule either from the office or home. Whether you have recently graduated or just looking for a shorter working week, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating, modifying, and adding text to project drawings - Data, Security and schematic drawings using CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
- Collaborating with PMO colleagues, Project Managers, and Technical team to ensure the accuracy and quality of as fitted and as built drawings, schematics, and schedules are completed and correct.
- Drafting and completing cabinet layout designs and drawing registers.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, such as operations manuals, reports, and datasheets.
- Conducting reviews of test results and collating information for warranty applications.
- Assist and support the Project Management Office in general administration in tasks such as:
- Arranging access requests
- Electronic database entries
- Project planning support

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A strong educational background.
- Trained and proficient in using Auto CAD software.
- Computer literacy (M.S Packages).
- Good IT skills including, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- An active and considered approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
