CAD Technician/Designer (AutoCAD/Modular Buildings)

In this role, the successful CAD Technician/Designer or similar will be responsible for:

  • Design and delivery of a variety of drawings, for Modular Buildings Projects
  • Preparing technical documentation of any projects worked, occasionally attending site when necessary
  • Co-ordinating with cross-functional, internal and external teams to ensure project success
  • Occasionally attending site to assist with surveys, and sometimes, to help provide technical guidance during installation
  • Working both as part of a team and autonomously

The ideal CAD Technician/Designer or similar will have:

  • Background within the Modular Buildings/ Prefabrication/Manufacturing/Assembly/Construction Industry
  • Previous working experience using AutoCAD, and ideally, but not essentially, REVIT, with your drawings being a mixture of both 2D/3D
  • Strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, happy to work both as part of a team and individually
  • A full, valid UK driver's license
