CAD Technician/Designer (AutoCAD/Modular Buildings)

In this role, the successful CAD Technician/Designer or similar will be responsible for the design and delivery of a variety of drawings for a number of Modular Buildings, particularly bathrooms. In addition, you will also be responsible for preparing technical documentation of any projects worked, coordinating with cross functional, internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. On top of this, you will be responsible for occasionally attending site to assist with surveys, and sometimes, to help provide technical guidance during installation. Finally, you will be responsible for working both as part of a team and autonomously.

The ideal CAD Technician/Designer or similar will have a background within the Modular Buildings/Prefabrication/Manufacturing/Assembly/Construction Industry or a related field, with prior experience in a CAD Technician/Designer position or similar. In addition, you will also have previous working experience using AutoCAD, and ideally, but not essentially, REVIT, with your drawings being a mixture of both 2D/3D. On top of this, you will have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, with the ability to work well both as part of a team and autonomously. Finally, you will have a full, valid UK driver's license.
