Store & Café Manager
We're looking for a Store & Café Manager to lead our flagship café in the heart of London, Soho, a genuine hub for signature Afternoon Teas, brand collaborations and high-impact events, and the benchmark for the Cutter & Squidge customer experience.

What you'll be doing
- Taking ownership of the café's P&L, working closely with us to manage labour, stock, wastage and sales performance against budget as you grow into the role
- Deploying your team against forecasted volume, planning proactively for peaks, brand activations and seasonal swings
- Managing stock, supplier ordering and merchandising across our retail counter, drinks service and gifting range
- Recruiting, training and coaching your team, building a culture of pride and consistency
- Leading from the floor, setting the standard for what "good" looks like, every day
- Ensuring our afternoon tea offering and customer experience are genuinely best in class

What you'll bring
- Currently an Assistant or Deputy Manager, ready for your first step up
- Experience in a genuinely service-led environment, independent café, restaurant or boutique hospitality, where quality comes before speed
- A real passion for hospitality and genuine excitement about what Cutter & Squidge does
- A team-first mindset, motivated by helping your whole team win
- Hands-on, organised, and a confident communicator
- A personal alcohol licence is a plus, but not essential, we'll support you through it if needed
