Café Assistant (10-12 Hours per Week)
Do you love good food, great customer service, and being part of your local community?
We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Café Assistant to join the team at The Arc Community Hub in Westcliff. You'll help prepare and serve homemade food, create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and support our fantastic volunteers. Every day is different, from serving lunches and buffets to helping make The Arc a vibrant and inclusive community space.
What we're looking for:
- A positive, customer-focused approach
- Experience in food preparation and service
- A team player with a "can do" attitude
- Commitment to excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Confidence working with and supporting volunteers

Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 10-12 hours per week
Location: The Arc, Westcliff
Contract: Permanent
