✨ Join Our Friendly Team as a Café & Bar Staff ✨
Location: Sittingbourne
Pay: £12.75
Hours: 20 hours per week every other weekend. Hours per day will be 7.30am to 12.30pm.
We’re looking for enthusiastic Café & Bar Staff to join our care home team on a part-time basis at Court Regis, Sittingbourne.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and snacks.
- Engage with residents and visitors, offering friendly, attentive service.
- Keep the café area tidy, clean, and stocked.
- Assist with special events, social gatherings, and themed café days.

What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not essential.
- Flexibility for part-time shifts, including some weekends.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in a care home environment.
