Kitchen Assistant – TRIA Café, Fitzgerald’s Park
About the Role
We’re hiring Kitchen Assistants to support our back-of-house team. You’ll assist with food prep, dishwashing, and keeping the kitchen running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen environment, enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, and takes pride in cleanliness and organisation.
You must be available to work full time between the hours of 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Support chefs with basic food prep tasks
- Ensure the kitchen and prep areas are kept clean and tidy
- Wash dishes, kitchenware, and equipment
- Help with stock deliveries and storage
- Follow hygiene and food safety procedures

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Some experience in a kitchen is helpful, but not essential
- Full training will be provided
