We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Café & Kitchen Supervisor to join our team!
You will be joining at an extremely exciting time, as we embark on a transformational redevelopment of our park cafes at Grafham Water.
What will you be doing?
As a Café & Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors. Whilst running our Front of House, you will also be required in the kitchen cooking and serving up deliciously prepared meals and fresh snacks, making barista coffees, or keeping our cafés clean and inviting, you’ll be the friendly face that helps make their day.
As Grafham Water is operational 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year (excluding Christmas Day), you will need to be flexible to work across peak seasons, major events within the calendar and step in to help across multiple cafes where needed.

Your responsibilities will include:
- The preparation and serving of foods, ensuring quality standards are met
- Confidently running the kitchen independently during periods of staff absence, holidays and busy trading periods
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Driving efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience

- Reliable, punctual and flexible with shifts
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality role
- Experience in preparing and serving food in a commercial kitchen
- Great teamwork skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays
