☕ Café Manager – Krave Dessert Café
Location: Northwood
Full-Time

Krave Dessert Café is looking for an experienced Café Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operation and help take the business to the next level.
We’re looking for someone energetic, organized, and commercially minded who knows how to lead a team, keep standards high, and create an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
🍰 The Role
As Café Manager, you'll have responsibility for the overall performance and smooth running of Krave, including:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Managing staff rotas and ensuring efficient staffing levels
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service
- Driving sales and looking for ways to grow the business
- Maintaining high standards across food, drinks, presentation, and cleanliness
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Controlling wastage and keeping an eye on costs
- Ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues confidently
- Making sure the café is always looking and operating at its best

🙌 Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced café or hospitality manager who:
- Has previous management experience in a busy café, restaurant, or similar hospitality business
- Is confident leading and managing a team
- Has a strong understanding of stock, labor, and cost control
- Is commercially minded and motivated by increasing sales
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is organized, reliable, and hands-on
- Leads from the front rather than managing from the sidelines
- Brings positive energy to the team and the café
