Lead a Brand-New Café Experience

At Eurest, we believe food has the power to transform the working day. We create better breaks through exceptional food, great coffee, and memorable experiences that bring people together.

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a newly opened café in Didcot. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fresh concept, build a fantastic team, and create a welcoming destination where customers love to spend time.

You’ll play a key role in establishing the café from the ground up, embedding high standards, developing your team, and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

About The Role

As Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the café runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently, while creating an environment that feels welcoming from day one.

You’ll be leading from the front, bringing energy, organisation, and a passion for great food and coffee to everything you do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
