Food & Beverage Supervisor

Holiday Inn | £15.50 per hour | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in the Ashford area. You’ll help lead the F&B team, deliver excellent guest service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team
  • Deliver high standards of food, beverage and customer service
  • Support staff training and development
  • Manage busy service periods and resolve guest queries
  • Assist with stock control and ordering
  • Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards

About You:

  • Previous hospitality/F&B experience
  • Supervisory experience desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident leading a team
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
