Food & Beverage Supervisor
Holiday Inn | £15.50 per hour | Full-Time
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in the Ashford area. You’ll help lead the F&B team, deliver excellent guest service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the Food & Beverage team
- Deliver high standards of food, beverage and customer service
- Support staff training and development
- Manage busy service periods and resolve guest queries
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards

About You:
- Previous hospitality/F&B experience
- Supervisory experience desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident leading a team
- Able to work well under pressure
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
