Papa` Bagel is a locally owned café. We are currently looking to fill a part-time position, with 20/25 hours per week split over 3 shifts, and the possibility of overtime. Flexibility is required Monday to Sunday, and shifts can be arranged based on your commitments, however we are keen in finding someone mainly available on Saturday and Sunday.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality to all guests. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude. Handling a variety of foods, including chicken, pork, and beef, is also required.

Previous experience is necessary as we are seeking, and will only consider, an individual who can grow with our business and is capable when in need, of independently running shifts with support from other team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
