Description
Cafe Supervisor Birmingham - Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For
An experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or aspiring Assistant Manager with a passion for hospitality and great service. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embraces new challenges. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond positively as the business grows and evolves. Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a start-up style operation where priorities may change quickly. A hands-on leader who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. Comfortable supporting different areas of the business, from service and food preparation to stock management and deliveries. Organised and proactive, with the ability to identify problems and find solutions independently. Strong communication skills and the confidence to support, motivate and develop team members. Reliable and dependable, particularly when it comes to managing deliveries, stock, and operational routines. Excited by the opportunity to help build something new and play a key role in shaping how the café operates in its early stages.
