About the Role

We want you to join our Catering & Events team. As the Café Team Leader at Sadler's Wells you will be responsible for supervising our café operations, ensuring we have a motivated, well-trained team to deliver excellent quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous café and/or barista experience
  • Love working with people
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Working closely with the Duty Catering Managers and Head of Catering
  • Opportunity to develop the café offer and enhance the customer experience

Additional Information

  • Rota is based on daytime, evenings, weekends, and bank holiday working
  • Must currently hold the right to work in the UK
