About the Role
We want you to join our Catering & Events team. As the Café Team Leader at Sadler's Wells you will be responsible for supervising our café operations, ensuring we have a motivated, well-trained team to deliver excellent quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous café and/or barista experience
- Love working with people
- Passionate about customer service
- Good communication skills
- Working closely with the Duty Catering Managers and Head of Catering
- Opportunity to develop the café offer and enhance the customer experience
Additional Information
- Rota is based on daytime, evenings, weekends, and bank holiday working
- Must currently hold the right to work in the UK
