As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day of the café and BREW bar, helping the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Deliver high café and BREW standards, ensuring full operational compliance
  • Provide outstanding customer service across all café touchpoints
  • Coordinate daily activities and communication within the café
  • Identify opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback
  • Work closely with managers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store targets
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and food safety standards
  • Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and stock control
  • Minimise waste through careful handling and stock management
  • Complete all tasks and procedures in line with company policies

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience supporting or leading a team
  • Strong operational knowledge of a café or hospitality environment
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers
  • Awareness of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices

You’ll also be:

  • A great communicator who listens and responds to customer needs
  • Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
  • Committed to maintaining high standards in everything you do
