As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day of the café and BREW bar, helping the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll:
- Deliver high café and BREW standards, ensuring full operational compliance
- Provide outstanding customer service across all café touchpoints
- Coordinate daily activities and communication within the café
- Identify opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback
- Work closely with managers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and food safety standards
- Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and stock control
- Minimise waste through careful handling and stock management
- Complete all tasks and procedures in line with company policies

About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience supporting or leading a team
- Strong operational knowledge of a café or hospitality environment
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers
- Awareness of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices
You’ll also be:
- A great communicator who listens and responds to customer needs
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Committed to maintaining high standards in everything you do
