Position: Café Team Member
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Café Team Member, you’ll be part of a team that loves creating memorable moments for every guest. With opportunities to work with delicious food, quality coffee, and a supportive team.
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Café Team Member to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering fantastic service, from taking food and drink orders at tables to serving up delicious meals and Costa Coffee drinks. If you have a passion for hospitality, a love for coffee, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tasty food and mouth-watering drinks (including Costa Coffee) to tables with a friendly and efficient approach, ensuring guests have everything they need for a great dining experience.
- Help keep the café looking inviting by maintaining a clean and organized environment. Ensure all areas are tidy, tables are cleared promptly, and safety standards are met.
- Work closely with the rest of the café team to ensure prompt service, minimizing wait times and delivering a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements
- Prior experience in a Restaurant, Coffee Shop or Food Service role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multitasking and staying organized.
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak times.
