Foundry Talent Solutions is recruiting for a CAFM & Asset Management Coordinator to join a busy Property & Engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CAFM experience to take ownership of asset data, planned maintenance schedules and compliance reporting, helping to ensure the smooth operation of a diverse estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and develop the CAFM system
- Maintain accurate asset registers and maintenance records
- Manage PPM schedules and monitor reactive maintenance
- Produce compliance, maintenance and performance reports
- Provide first-line support to internal users and contractors
- Support statutory compliance and asset management
- Identify opportunities to improve CAFM processes and data quality

About You
- Experience administering or supporting a CAFM system
- Knowledge of PPM scheduling and asset management
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within Facilities Management, Estates or Property
- Strong organisational and communication skills
