Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Operations Management: Responsible for the daily management of department staff, including training, scheduling, and coordination of personnel across processes.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure that staff in the assigned department operate according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct daily warehouse inspections.
  • Communication and Coordination: Possess strong horizontal communication skills, enabling collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Problem Solving: Promptly address issues encountered during operations, such as shortages or damage of goods, and propose improvement plans.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly summarize and analyze inbound data, providing suggestions for process improvement to enhance warehouse operational efficiency.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Supervise and ensure the proper use and maintenance of inbound-related equipment, guaranteeing operational safety.

  • Education: Priority will be given to candidates with a major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: At least six months of relevant warehouse management experience; experience in overseas warehouse management is preferred.
  • Scheduling requirements: Preference given to those available for night shifts.
  • Skills: Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software; possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership: Strong team leadership and organizational skills; able to effectively lead a team to achieve work goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments and handle unexpected situations.
